About Trucksarthi

Trucksarthi is an all-in-one transport business management app built for Indian fleet owners and transporters. It replaces the paper registers, Excel sheets and scattered WhatsApp hisaab that most transport offices still run on, and puts drivers, clients, trucks, suppliers, vendors, documents, invoices and cashflow in one place.

The app is built and operated by Sarthitech Private Limited, a company registered in New Delhi, India, founded in 2025. Trucksarthi is our product; Sarthitech is the legal entity behind it, and the one you contract with when you buy a plan.

Who we build it for

Our users are truck fleet owners, transporters and logistics operators in India, from single-truck owners to fleets running a hundred vehicles. The interface is available in Hindi and English, because the person entering a driver’s advance is often not the same person reading the profit report.

Trucksarthi runs on Android, iOS and a desktop web dashboard. The desktop dashboard suits larger fleets and office staff; a separate free companion app gives each driver access to their own ledger and trip details.

What the app does

• Driver khata — salary, advances, allowances and expenses per driver, as a running ledger.
• Client khata — trips, invoices, payments received and outstanding balance per client.
• Truck khata — fuel, repairs, challans and profitability per vehicle.
• Supplier khata — market-truck suppliers, hire rates and balance due.
• Vendor khata — fuel pumps, mechanics, spare-parts shops and RTO agents.
• Document manager — RC, insurance, permits and PUC, with automatic expiry alerts.
• Invoice and bilty — GST invoices and bilties generated from trips, shareable on WhatsApp.
• Master transactions — every transaction across every module in one view.

What Trucksarthi is not

We are deliberate about this. Trucksarthi is an operational record-keeping tool for transport businesses. It is not accounting software, it does not file your taxes, and it does not give financial or legal advice. Figures in the app are only as accurate as the entries made in it.
